DesertSpring is a joint venture to make leather tanning metal- and chrome-free by using sea buckthorn plant.

KOINPACK

Koinpack is Southeast Asia’s first reuse model to work. It is an easy-to-use, deposit-and-reward system that works on a simple and low-cost logistics model. 

DOMAIN: FMCG

PARTNERS: Packaging producers, Asian Development Bank, local retailers, local waste banks  

LOCATION: Indonesia

RESULT:  Saved >300.000 packages. Received awards and grants for innovative business model

SOKOFRESH

SokoFresh is a social enterprise that addresses post-harvest loss by offering smallholder farmers with cold storages for their produce. It also offers market linkage services for farmers and aggregators.

PARTNERS: Ecozen, IKEA Foundation, Rabobank Foundation, UKAID, EEP Africa, HDI, One Acre Fund, and more

LOCATION: Kenya

RESULT:  Brought food loss down from 50% to 2% across the value chain, rapidly expanding throughout East-Africa

Reweave brought together waste providers, manufacturing institutions, brands, recycling technologies to co-create professional circular supply chain.

RESULT:  Saved 77 tonnes of textile waste in India, and 80 tonnes in East-Africa; received global P4G Partnership Award for groundbreaking work
